Create Your Own Destiny is a youth exchange arranged between Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, and Slovenia.

The associations met in Finland, traveled to Lithuania and later to Denmark to learn about climate change and global warming, and break within working groups and create video, photos, or music from their cooperation.
