Future Kulture is a youth association based in Denmark, arranging projects for youth within the fields of sports, music, and cultural exchange.

About this organisation

Future Kulture is a youth program based in Copenhagen,
Denmark which arranges programs for youth within the
fields of sports, music and youth exchange. The association
was started in 1994 by Raymond Andrews but has been
voluntary staffed by many people over the years. Most of the
projects have been domestic related to Danish based activities
like DUNK (Høje Tastrup), Street Games (Nørrebro, Vesterbro,
Valby, Brøndy Strand), but since 1998, Future Kulture
has been active in European level youth exchange. Some
of these projects have been; Transport Exchange,
Create Your Own Destiny, Youth Cultural Conference,
Social Media & Networking and Tolerance and Understanding.

Environmental Sustainability

The Environmental Sustainability project is a multi lateral youth exchange with European partnership between Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, and United Kingdom. The project is arranged in Copenhagen, Denmark and deals with the subjects of Environmental sustainability, supporting causes which protect the environment like, Ocean Acidification, global warming and climate change, and eco-friendly movements arranged throughout Europe. The participants will travel to Brønderlev, Denmark and help construct a monument and help with the production of a dirtbike course for youth from a youth school in Brønderslev. The group will travel to Aåborg and learn about the city and activities in that commune, travel through Gøteborg, Malmo and Lund Sweden to learn about Scandinavia culture and daily lifestyles and end in Ishøj Denmark where they will learn about the Youth In Action program, how to get involved in the local communities and how to use Social Media effectively for these various topics. The project is supported through the Youth In Action program under the Danish Ministry of Education or www.ui.dk.
